No honestly, this is a site you'll truly be very happy to check out (ha, ha -- yes...). Really though, there is a lot of good stuff here: an abundance of good information, and a lot of intriguing questionnaires...
It is the website of Dr. Martin Seligman -- Director of the University Positive Psychology Center and founder of Positive Psychology: "a new branch of psychology which focuses on the empirical study of such things as positive emotions... His research has demonstrated that it is possible to be happier — to feel more satisfied, to be more engaged with life, find more meaning, have higher hopes, and probably even laugh and smile more, regardless of one’s circumstances."
Sounds right for just about all of us at this time...!!
You do have to register to get questionnaire results - but they just ask basic info & they keep it all private and anonymous. Check it out regardless...
